Usage: REGISTER program_name  OR  REGISTER -arj  OR  REGISTER -arj32
       -arj    registers all ARJ for @PLATFORM programs in the current
               directory
       -arj32  registers all ARJ32 (supplied by ARJ Software, Inc.) programs
               in the current directory
