Synopsis:
   spam #channel

Description:
   This command will compare 2 or more channels and display the
   nicks/userhosts that are common between the two channels. This is 
   useful for finding possible spam relays.

Examples:
   To check #mpeg3 and #warez-elite. Client needs to be in both channels
      /spam #non-active-channel
