Synopsis:
   set verbose_ctcp [on|off|toggle]

Description:
   When turned on, this will cause the client to display a message whenever
   it receives a CTCP message, saying what kind it is and who is it from.
   If turned off, the user will not be informed when the client receives a
   CTCP request.
