Synopsis:
   on [<modes>]window_create [<serial#>] [-|^]<match> { <action> }

Description:
   This hook is triggered whenever a new window is created. This enables
   defaults to be given to each window.

Parameters:
   $0    reference number or name of created window

Examples
  on -window_create "*" window double on
                         /* doubles the status bar for each new window */
