Synopsis:
   $rigtype(<levels>)

Technical:
   Takes an space-separated list of ignore levels and returns all entries in
   the ignore(1) list matching *only* those levels. No more, and no less.

Returns:
   space-separated list of ignore(1) list entries matching the levels
   specified in <levels>

Examples:
   /ignore foo!bar@blah.com ALL
   /ignore a!b@c.d MSGS NOTICES
   
   $rigtype(MSGS)                /* returns "FOO!BAR@BLAH.COM A!B@C.D" */
   $rigtype(ALL)                 /* returns "FOO!BAR@BLAH.COM" */
