Synopsis:
   $strchr(<chr> <string>)
   $strrchr(<chr> <string>)

Practical:
   These functions work like the equivalent C functions. They will search
   forward through a string looking for the first occurance of the the
   specified "chr" or reverse.

Returns:
   returns the rest of the string from the occurance of the "chr"
